Policies

We normally ship the day your order is received. If you order by 11:00am, we will hand deliver or ship your order the same day or we will contact you. Please call with any special shipping questions. You may also specify a requested delivery date during checkout.

Pastry Tray and Pastry Basket Hand Delivery:

Please note that these items can only be delivered to Long Island because of the delicate nature of these products. If you order an item that is not available for delivery in your area, a customer service representative will contact you by phone or email. If you order one of these items along with another item that is normally delivered via UPS or USPS, we may need to adjust your delivery method and shipping rate to accommodate the items you have selected. You will be notified if delivery charges differ. If actual UPS rates differ from your quote for any reason, a customer service representative will contact you by phone or email.

Weekend Deliveries:

We do not hand deliver on Sundays. UPS does not deliver on the weekend & USPS only delivers Priority on Saturdays.

UPS Ground Time in Transit:

UPS Ground delivery takes 1 to 4 days, depending on your location. This Time in Transit Map shows shipping times between our shop and your location and does not take into account the time it takes to process your order. USPS Priority Mail delivery normally takes 1-2 days depending on your location.

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:
